Appeal
The applicants lodged an appeal after the Council's failure to determine the application within the statutory time. The appeal will be heard by means of a public local inquiry conducted by a Planning Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State. We will further publicise the date and the venue when that information becomes available.
The appeal will start on October 13 and is expected to last up to eight weeks.
